The invention relates to a method in which the paraffin effluent from a Fischer-Tropsch synthesis unit is separated in order to obtain a C5+ heavy fraction, said heavy fraction being then hydrogenated in the presence of a hydrogenation catalyst at a temperature of between 100°C and 180°C, at a global pressure of between 0.5 and 6 MPa, at an hourly volumetric rate of between 1 and 10h-1, and at a hydrogen flow rate corresponding to a volumetric hydrogen/hydrocarbon ratio of between 5 and 80 Nl/l/h, the liquid hydrogenated effluent being then contacted with a hydroisomerisation / hydrocracking catalyst without any preliminary separation step, the hydroisomerised/hydrocracked effluent being then distilled for obtaining the middle distillates and optionally oil bases.
L'invention décrit un procédé dans lequel l'effluent paraffinique issu d'une unité de synthèse Fischer-Tropsch est séparé de façon à obtenir une fraction C5+ lourde, cette fraction lourde étant ensuite hydrogénée en présence d'un catalyseur d'hydrogénation à une température comprise entre 100° C et 180° C, à une pression totale comprise entre 0,5 à 6 MPa, à une vitesse volumique horaire comprise entre 1 et 10h -1, et à un débit d'hydrogène correspondant à un rapport volumique hydrogène /hydrocarbure s compris entre 5 à 80 N1 /1 /h, l'effluent hydrogéné liquide étant ensuite mis en contact avec un catalyseur d'hydroisomérisation/hydrocraquage, sans étape de séparation préable, l'effluent hydroisomérisé/hydrocraqué, sans étape ensuite distillé pour obtenir les distillats moyens et éventuellement des bases huiles.
