The present invention pertains to a method for manufacturing welded lap joints comprising the following steps: Providing of two components each having at least one base; allocating the components in such a way that the bases face each other and the components overlap in an overlapping area, which extends at least partially over both components; joining the components by welding in the overlapping area such that a weld joint is formed, wherein at the edge of the overlapping area non welded areas are formed; removing of the non welded areas whereby outer cutting areas are formed at the components, which are arranged at obtuse angels to the overlapping area.
L'invention concerne un procédé de réalisation de joints soudés à recouvrement comportant les étapes suivantes: mise en oeuvre de deux composants à relier, présentant respectivement au moins un socle; disposition des composants de telle manière que les socles sont orientés les uns vers les autres et que les composants se chevauchent dans une zone de chevauchement s'étendant au moins partiellement sur les deux socles; liaison des composants par soudage dans la zone de chevauchement avec réalisation d'au moins un cordon de soudure, des zones non soudées étant formées le long du cordon de soudure, au bord de la zone de chevauchement; et enlèvement des zones non soudées de manière à former des surfaces de découpe extérieures sur les composants, disposées à des angles obtus par rapport à la zone de chevauchement.
