The invention relates to a method for producing parts having a compact polyurethane (PUR) sealing layer, particularly for clear coat molding PUR in order to produce a transparent PUR sealing layer on a veneer composite part. The part is placed inside a forming tool inside of which, when closed, a gap exists between the surface of the part to be coated and the mold inner wall opposite said surface. The components polyol and isocyanate of the compact PUR, optionally provided with aggregates, are injected via a mixing head and a runner into the forming tool holding the part. The invention is characterized in that the supply of components is terminated when a preset pressure Pab (shut-off pressure) in the supply of components and/or in the flow path of the PUR mixture has been reached. This ensures that regardless of fluctuations inside the cavity due to different volumes of the parts, this cavity is always completely filled, and the same pressure is always exerted upon the part, particularly upon the veneer layer.
L'invention concerne un procédé de production de pièces présentant une couche de revêtement polyuréthane (PUR) compacte, notamment un procédé de coulée de PUR transparent pour produire une couche de revêtement PUR transparente sur une pièce composite de placage. Ce procédé consiste à placer la pièce dans un moule, un interstice étant créé, lorsque le moule est fermé, entre la surface de la pièce à revêtir et la paroi intérieure du moule faisant face à cette surface, puis à injecter les composants polyol et isocyanate du PUR compact, éventuellement avec des substances d'addition, dans le moule contenant la pièce par l'intermédiaire d'une tête mélangeuse et d'un canal d'alimentation. L'invention se caractérise en ce que l'injection des composants est stoppée lorsqu'une pression prédéterminable P¿ab? (pression d'arrêt) est atteinte au niveau de l'alimentation des composants et/ou de l'écoulement du mélange PUR. Cette mesure permet de garantir que la cavité du moule soit toujours entièrement remplie, indépendamment des fluctuations dues aux différences de volume des pièces, et que la même pression s'exerce constamment sur la pièce, en particulier sur la couche de placage.
