The invention relates to a method for producing polyamides, their oligomers or mixtures thereof, optionally containing other reaction products, by reacting aminonitriles or dinitriles and diamines or a mixture containing aminonitrile, dinitrile and diamine and optionally additional polyamide-forming monomers and/or oligomers with water in a reactor (1) with a vertical longitudinal axis. According to said method, the reaction product is exfiltrated from the sump in the reactor (1) and accumulated ammonia and optionally other accumulated low-molecular compounds and water are drawn off via the head (2). The invention is characterised in that the reactor (1) comprises at least two chambers (4) arranged in a longitudinal direction one above the other, that the chambers (4) are separated from one another by liquid-tight floors (5), that each chamber (4) is connected to the one (4) immediately below by a respective liquid overflow (6) and a liquid product stream is drawn off via the liquid overflow (6) of the lowest chamber (4), that the gas chamber (7) above the liquid level in each chamber (4) is connected to the respective chamber (4) lying immediately above it via one or several conduits (8), which open respectively into a gas diffuser (9) comprising orifices (11) for the discharge of gas below the liquid level. The reactor also comprises at least one respective deflector plate (12) positioned vertically around each gas diffuser (9), the upper end of said plate terminating below the liquid level and the lower end terminating above the liquid-tight floor (5) of the chamber (4), thus sub-dividing each chamber (4) into one or more compartments supplied with gas (13) and one or more compartments without gas (14).
L'invention concerne un procédé de production de polyamides, leurs oligomères ou leurs mélanges contenant éventuellement d'autres produits de réaction, par réaction d'aminonitriles ou de dinitriles et d'hydrazines ou un mélange contenant de l'aminonitrile, du dinitrile et de l'hydrazine, et éventuellement d'autres monomères formant des polyamides et/ou oligomères avec de l'eau dans un réacteur (1) ayant un axe longitudinale vertical. Selon l'invention, le produit de réaction est expulsé du fond de colonne du réacteur (1) et l'ammoniaque générée, éventuellement d'autres composés à faible poids moléculaire générés et l'eau sont retirés par la tête de colonne (2). L'invention est caractérisée en ce que le réacteur (1) comprend au moins deux chambres (4) superposées dans le sens longitudinal, ces chambres (4) étant séparées par des fonds (5) étanches au liquide. Chaque chambre (4) est reliée à la chambre (4) directement sous-jacente respectivement par un trop-plein de liquide (6) et un flux de produit liquide est soutiré par le trop-plein de liquide (6) de la chambre la plus basse (4). Le compartiment de gaz (7) au-dessus du niveau de liquide dans chaque chambre (4) est relié à la chambre (4) située directement au-dessus par au moins un tuyau de guidage (8). Ce tuyau de guidage aboutit respectivement dans un distributeur de gaz (9) comprenant des orifices (11) destinés à la sortie de gaz sous le niveau de liquide. De plus, au moins une tôle de guidage (12) est placée verticalement autour de chaque distributeur de gaz (9). L'extrémité supérieure de cette tôle se termine sous le niveau de liquide et l'extrémité inférieure se termine au-dessus du fond étanche au liquide (5) de la chambre (4). Chaque chambre (4) est ainsi séparée en au moins un compartiment avec gaz (13) et en au moins un compartiment sans gaz (14).
