The invention relates to a method for producing polyether polyols by reacting diols or polyols with ethylene oxide, propylene oxide, butylene oxide or mixtures thereof in the presence of a multimetal cyanide complex catalyst. The reaction is carried out in a vertical, high cylindrical reactor comprising a discharge nozzle which is situated in the upper reactor area and directed downwards, and by which means the educts and the reaction mixture are supplied; and an outlet which is preferably situated in the lower reactor area and through which the reaction mixture is guided back to the discharge nozzle by means of a pump and via an equalising reservoir, in an outer circuit. The reactor also comprises a concentric guiding pipe which extends over the entire length of the reactor with the exception of the reactor ends, and a heat exchanger which is integrated into the annulus.
L'invention concerne un procédé de production de polyétherpolyols par réaction de diols ou polyols avec de l'oxyde d'éthylène, de l'oxyde de propylène, de l'oxyde de butylène ou leurs mélanges en présence d'un catalyseur complexe cyanure-polymétal. Cette réaction est conduite dans un réacteur en forme de haut cylindre vertical. Ce réacteur est pourvu, dans sa zone supérieure, d'une buse de pulvérisation qui est dirigée vers le bas et assure l'alimentation en éduits et mélange réactionnel et, de préférence dans sa zone inférieure, d'un élément d'évacuation par lequel le mélange réactionnel est renvoyé à la buse de pulvérisation à l'aide d'une pompe via un réservoir de compensation dans un circuit externe. Le réacteur comprend également un conduit de guidage concentrique qui s'étend sur toute la longueur du réacteur à l'exception des extrémités du réacteur, et un échangeur de chaleur intégré dans l'espace annulaire.
