The invention relates to a method for producing polymer compositions having a reduced content of catalysts during which ethylenically unsaturated monomers, which contain, with regard to the total weight of the ethylenically unsaturated monomers, less than 0.5 wt. % ethylenically unsaturated monomers having at least one carboxylic acid group, sulfonic acid group and/or at least one phosphonic acid group, are polymerized by using initiators, which have a transferable atom group, and with one or more catalysts, which comprise at least one transition metal. The polymerization is carried out in the presence of ligands that can form a coordination compound with the metallic catalyst(s). After polymerization, the catalyst contained in the polymer is at least partially separated out. After polymerization, the polymer composition is filtered in the presence of at least one filtering auxiliary agent, which contains, with regard to the total weight of the filtering auxiliary agent, at least one 0.5 wt. % of recurrent units having at least one carboxylic acid, sulfonic acid group and/or at least one phosphonic acid group.
L'invention concerne un procédé pour réaliser des composés polymères à teneur en catalyseur réduite. Selon ce procédé, on fait la polymérisation de monomères éthyléniquement insaturés, qui contiennent moins de 0,5 % en poids de monomères éthyléniquement insaturés comprenant au moins un groupe acide carbonique, un groupe acide sulfonique et/ou au moins un groupe acide phosphonique, par rapport au poids total des monomères éthyléniquement insaturés, au moyen d'initiateurs comportant un groupe atomique transmissible, et d'un ou de plusieurs catalyseurs pourvus d'au moins un métal de transition, en présence de ligands aptes à former une liaison de coordination avec le ou les catalyseurs métalliques. Après la polymérisation, le catalyseur contenu dans le polymère est au moins partiellement isolé, le composé polymère est filtré en présence d'au moins un auxiliaire de filtrage qui contient au moins 0,5 % en poids d'unités récurrentes par rapport au poids total de l'auxiliaire de filtrage, ces unités étant composées d'au moins un groupe acide carbonique, un groupe acide sulfonique et/ou au moins un groupe acide phosphonique.
