The invention relates to a method for producing powder coatings on metallic or non-metallic surfaces, characterized in that coating powder compositions are used which contain resins which can be cross-linked by functional groups capable of forming hydrogen bridge bonds. According to the invention said functional groups are present at a concentration of more than 100 mmol/kg coating powder composition, the coating powder compositions are applied onto the substrate and melted and cured by NIR irradiation.

L'invention concerne un procédé de réalisation de couches de poudre sur des surfaces métalliques ou non métalliques, qui se caractérisent en ce que l'on utilise des compositions de peinture en poudre qui contiennent des résines qui peuvent être réticulées par l'intermédiaire de groupes fonctionnels aptes à former des liaisons hydrogènes. Lesdits groupes fonctionnels sont présents en une concentration supérieure à 100 mmol/kg de composition de peinture en poudre, et les compositions de peinture en poudre sont appliquées sur le substrat et fondues et durcies par exposition à un rayonnement infrarouge proche.
