The invention relates to a method for producing prepolymers containing isocyanate groups and urethane groups. The inventive method comprises the following steps a) at least one polyisocyanate having a stoichiometric deficit of at least one compound is reacted with at least two hydrogen atoms reacting with isocyanate groups, and b) the reaction product from step a) is distilled by means of a molecular evaporator.

Procédé de production de prépolymères contenant des groupes isocyanate et des groupes uréthanne, qui consiste (a) à mettre en réaction au moins un polyisocyanate ayant un déficit stoechiométrique d'au moins un composé avec au moins deux atomes d'hydrogène réagissant avec des groupes isocyanate, et (b) à distiller le produit de réaction obtenu à l'étape (a) à l'aide d'un évaporateur moléculaire.
