A method for the recombinant production of a polypeptide in a eukaryotic host cell modified in the citrate cycle is described, wherein the method comprises cultivating the eukaryotic host cell in a suitable medium under conditions which allow the expression of the polypeptide, wherein the content of dissolved CO2 (pCO2) in the medium is maintained at a constant value in the range of 10% to 20%.
L'invention porte sur un procédé permettant la production recombinante d'un polypeptide dans une cellule hôte eucaryote modifiée dans le cycle du citrate, le procédé comprenant la culture de la cellule hôte eucaryote dans un milieu approprié dans des conditions qui permettent l'expression du polypeptide, la teneur en CO2 dissous (pCO2) dans le milieu étant maintenue à une valeur constante dans la plage de 10 % à 20 %.
