A method for producing a composite soft magnetic metal powder coated with an Mg-containing oxidized film, which comprises providing a mixed powder by adding a Mg powder to a soft magnetic metal powder having been subjected to a heating treatment in an oxidizing atmosphere at a temperature of 40 to 500~C, followed by mixing, and heating the mixed powder or heating while rolling it in an inert or vacuum atmosphere at a temperature of 150 to 1100~C under a pressure of 1 x 10-12 to 1 x 10-1 MPa; and a method for producing a composite soft magnetic material which comprises using a composite soft magnetic metal powder coated with an Mg-containing oxidized film produced by the above method.
L~invention porte sur un procédé de fabrication de poudre de métal magnétique souple composite revêtue d~un film oxydé contenant du Mg, consistant à créer une poudre mélangée en ajoutant une poudre de Mg à une poudre de métal magnétique souple après un traitement thermique dans une atmosphère oxydante à une température comprise entre 40 et 500°C, avant mélange et chauffage de la poudre mélangée ou chauffage pendant laminage dans une atmosphère inerte ou sous vide à une température comprise entre 150 et 1100°C à une pression comprise entre 1 X 10-12 et 1 X 10-1 MPa; et un procédé de fabrication de matériau magnétique souple composite consistant à utiliser une poudre de métal magnétique souple composite revêtue d~un film oxydé contenant du Mg fabriquée selon le procédé ci-dessus.
