The invention relates to a method for producing solid dosage forms containing at least one physiologically compatible polymer binding agent, at least one active agent and at least one cyclodextrin as components. According to the method, the components are mixed and plasticised at a temperature below 220 °C, without the addition of a solvent. The plastic mixture obtained is shaped into the dosage form. The invention also relates to the dosage forms obtained by said method.

L'invention a pour objet un procédé de fabrication de formes de dosage solides renfermant comme composants, au moins un liant polymère physiologiquement compatible, au moins une matière active et au moins une cyclodextrine, caractérisé en ce qu'on mélange et plastifie les composants à une température inférieure à 220 DEG C, sans adjonction de solvant, et en ce qu'on forme le mélange plastique obtenu de manière à avoir une forme convenant pour le dosage. L'invention concerne en outre les formes de dosage obtenues suivant ce procédé.
