The invention relates to a method for producing solid dosing forms by mixing at least one polymeric binding agent, at least one active substance, and optional common additives while producing a plastic mixture and during shaping, whereby a copolymer from a N-vinyl lactam and from an copolymerizable monomer with a hydrophobic radical is used as a polymeric binding agent. Dosing forms which slowly release the active substance are obtained in a simple and economical manner.
La présente invention concerne un procédé permettant de produire des formes posologiques solides par mélange d'au moins un liant polymère, d'au moins un principe actif et, éventuellement, d'additifs usuels, avec formation d'un mélange plastique, et mise en forme du mélange obtenu. Comme liant polymère, on utilise un copolymère constitué d'un N-vinyl-lactame et d'un monomère copolymérisable comportant un reste hydrophobe. Selon ledit procédé, on obtient, de façon simple et bon marché, des formes posologiques qui libèrent lentement le principe actif.
