The invention relates to a method for producing solid forms of administration by means of melt extrusion. A polymer binder, at least one pharmaceutical active agent and optionally, other additives are mixed and the mixture is melted in an extruder and then extruded in the form of a continuous plastic product strand. The inventive method is characterised in that the extruder used is a planetary roller extruder (10) which preferably has one central spindle (13) and six planetary spindles (14).
L'invention concerne un procédé de production de formes de présentation solides par extrusion de masse en fusion. Ce procédé consiste à mélanger un liant polymère, au mois un principe pharmaceutiquement actif et éventuellement d'autres additifs ; à faire fondre ce mélange dans une extrudeuse puis à l'extruder sous forme de barre continue en plastique. Le procédé selon l'invention est caractérisé en ce que l'on utilise comme extrudeuse une extrudeuse planétaire (10) présentant, de préférence, une broche centrale (13) et six broches planétaires (14).
