A method for producing solvent-free non-crystalline biologically active substances from corresponding crystalline biologically active substances in an extruder, characterised in that said substances are melted in an extruder in a vacuum without the presence of adjuvants and arc cooled and ground.

Procédé permettant de fabriquer dans une extrudeuse des substances biologiquement actives, dépourvues de solvants et non cristallines, à partir des substances actives cristallines correspondantes. Le procédé consiste à faire fondre les substances dans une extrudeuse, sous vide et en absence d'adjuvants, puis à les refroidir et à les broyer.
