A method for producing mature somatic embryos, such method eras improved with cryopreserved genotypes and it was applied successfully in a wide range of genotypes and families. This method comprises the establishment and continuing proliferation of at least 40% of induced genotypes, treatment for reducing proliferation rates, treatment for initiating the development of immature somatic embryo, somatic embryo maturation of at least 80% of the treated genotypes belonging at least 90% of the tested famines. Such results were achieved by simultaneously application of different ammonium to nitrate relations depending on the step, which are included in the present method.
L'invention concerne un procédé de production d'embryons somatiques matures, perfectionné à l'aide de génotypes cryopréservés, et appliqué avec succès à une gamme étendue de génotypes et de familles. Ce procédé comprend l'établissement et la prolifération continue d'au moins 40 % des génotypes induits, un traitement visant à réduire le taux de prolifération, un traitement visant à initialiser le développement de l'embryon somatique immature, et la maturation d'embryons somatiques d'au moins 80 % des génotypes traités et correspondant à plus de 90 % des familles analysées. On obtient tout ceci essentiellement grâce à l'application simultanée de différentes relations d'ammonium à nitrate dans les étapes dudit procédé.
