The invention relates to a method for producing stator packs for long-stator linear motors of magnetic levitation railways. First, magnet steel sheets (3) are stacked to form a pack (2), cross members (6) are inserted into grooves of the sheet pack (2), and the pack (2) and the cross members (6) are interconnected to form a solid structural unit. According to the invention, the structural unit is inserted into an upwardly open mould (12) in such a way that head parts (7) of the cross members (6), located on the longitudinal ends thereof, are applied to edges of the casting mould (12) and are positioned by positioning journals (19) provided on said edges. The mould (12) is then filled with a casting resin mixture (22), preferably without pressure, in order to form an anti-corrosive layer surrounding the sheet pack (2). Once the casting resin mixture (22) is hardened, the finished stator pack can be removed from the mould (12).
L'invention concerne un procédé pour fabriquer des paquets de tôles de stator pour des moteurs linéaires à stator long sur des véhicules à sustentation magnétique. Selon ce procédé, des lamelles de tôle (3) sont empilées pour former un paquet (2), des traverses (6) sont introduites dans des encoches du paquet de tôles (2), et le paquet (2) de tôles et les traverses (6) sont reliés en une unité solide. Ensuite, cette unité de construction est placée dans un moule (12) ouvert vers le haut, de sorte que les têtes (7) des traverses (6) situées à leurs extrémité longitudinales reposent sur les bords du moule (12) et sont positionnées par des chevilles de positionnement (19) situées sur celles-ci. Enfin, le moule (12) est rempli, de préférence sans pression, d'un mélange de résines de coulée (22), pour former une couche anticorrosion entourant le paquet de tôles (2). Le mélange de résines de coulée (22) étant durci, le paquet de tôles de stator peut être sorti du moule (12).
