The invention relates to a method for producing an overproductive strain of Staphylococcus aureu. According to said method: (a) a strain of Staphylococcus aureus is grown on a culture medium Ml, M2 or M3, and (b) the strains thus produced can then be recovered from the culture medium. The invention also relates to the use of said strains for producing polysaccharides.
La présente invention a pour objet un procédé de production d'une souche surproductrice de Staphylococcus aureus comprenant : (a) la culture d'une souche de Staphylococcus aureus sur un milieu de culture Ml, M2 ou M3 (b) éventuellement la récupération des souches ainsi produites à partir du milieu de culture, ainsi que l'utilisation desdites souches pour la production de polysaccharides.
