A method of producing a stretchable sheet causes nonwoven fabric (3) to have a large amount of extension (elongation) to produce a stretchable sheet (3a) that stretches a large amount. The method produces a stretchable sheet (3a) from the nonwoven fabric (3) having a longitudinal direction, lateral direction, and a thickness direction and containing multiple kinds of fibers. The method has a first extension step and a second extension step. The first extension step extends the nonwoven fabric (3) in the longitudinal direction by applying tension in the longitudinal direction to the nonwoven fabric (3). The second extension step causes the nonwoven fabric (3), extended by the first extension step, to pass through a gap between a pair of rotating gear rolls (41, 43) while allowing teeth (41t, 43t), which are formed on the outer circumferential surfaces (41a, 43a) of the gear rolls (41, 43), to mesh with each other, and thus the nonwoven fabric (3) is extended in the longitudinal direction by the teeth (41t, 43t).
L'invention concerne un procédé de fabrication d'une feuille extensible, lequel procédé amène un tissu non-tissé (3) à avoir une grande quantité d'extension (élongation) pour produire une feuille extensible (3a) qui s'étire d'une grande quantité. Le procédé produit une feuille extensible (3a) à partir du tissu non-tissé (3) ayant une direction longitudinale, une direction latérale et une direction d'épaisseur et contenant de multiples types de fibres. Le procédé a une première étape d'extension et une seconde étape d'extension. La première étape d'extension étend le tissu non-tissé (3) dans la direction longitudinale par application d'une tension dans la direction longitudinale du tissu non-tissé (3). La seconde étape d'extension amène le tissu non-tissé (3), étendu par la première étape d'extension, à passer à travers un espace entre une paire de rouleaux dentés rotatifs (41, 43) tout en permettant à des dents (41t, 43t)formées sur les surfaces périphériques externes (41a, 43a) des rouleaux dentés (41, 43) à s'engrener les unes aux autres, et le tissu non-tissé (3) est ainsi étendu dans la direction longitudinale par les dents (41t, 43t).
