A method according to the invention for manufacturing a component (1) comprising at least one layer (2) having a fiber-reinforced composite material (4) that absorbs microwaves (3), said method comprising at least the following steps: a) arran-ging the at least one layer (2) in a shape (5); b) treating a first surface section (6) of the at least one layer (2) with microwaves (3), wherein means for limiting the temperature of the at least one layer (2) cooperate with at least one adjacent second surface section (7), at least part of the time. The method is carried out in particular such that steps a) and b) are carried out for a plurality of com-ponents (1, 11) and that the components (1, 11) are further treated according to at least the following steps: c) positioning a plura-lity of components (1, 11) with respect to one another such that each second surface section (7) forms at least one overlapping area (12) at least partially, d) treating the at least one overlapping area (12) with microwaves (3).
Le procédé selon l'invention de fabrication d'une structure (1) qui présente au moins une couche (2) de matériau composite (4) renforcé par des fibres et absorbant les micro-ondes (3) comprend au moins les étapes suivantes : a) mise en place de la ou des couches (2) selon une forme (5), b) traitement d'une première partie (6) de la surface de la ou des couches (2) par des micro-ondes (3), des moyens de limitation de la température de la ou des couches (2) coopérant au moins temporairement avec au moins une deuxième partie voisine de surface (7). Le procédé est en particulier mis en oeuvre de manière telle que les étapes a) et b) sont exécutées pour une pluralité de structures (1, 11) et le traitement des structures (1, 11) se poursuit lors d'au moins les étapes suivantes : c) mise en place de plusieurs structures (1, 11) les unes par rapport aux autres de telle sorte que des deuxièmes parties de surface (7) forment au moins en partie au moins une zone de superposition (12) et d) traitement de la ou des zones de superposition (12) par des micro-ondes (3).
