The invention relates to a method for producing synthetic fibres from a melt blend that is based on fibre-forming matrix polymers. According to said method, at least one second amorphous additive polymer is added to the fibre- forming matrix polymers, said additive polymer being incompatible with the fibre-forming matrix polymer, in a quantity of 0.05 to 5 wt.- %, relative to the combined total weight of fibre-forming matrix polymer and the additive polymer with which it is incompatible. The method is characterized in that an additive polymer, which can be obtained by multiple initiation, is added. The invention also relates to synthetic fibres obtained by said method and to the further processing of the same.
L'invention concerne un procédé de production de fils synthétiques à partir d'un mélange fondu à base de polymères matrices fibrogènes. Selon ce procédé, on ajoute au polymère matrice fibrogène au moins un deuxième polymère additif amorphe, incompatible avec le polymère matrice fibrogène, dans une quantité allant de 0,05 à 5 % en poids, par rapport au poids total de polymère matrice fibrogène avec ce polymère additif incompatible. L'invention est caractérisée en ce que l'on ajoute un polymère additif obtenu par initiation répétée. La présente invention porte également sur les fils synthétiques obtenus par ledit procédé et sur leur usinage.
