The invention relates to a method and a device for producing thermoset webs (17) from particles of thermoplastic polymer material. Said particles of material are deposited directly onto a heat resistant conveyor belt (6) or onto a support material placed on said conveyor belt (6). This initial layer (16) then passes successively through a pre-heating, heating and cooling section of a treatment area of a device for carrying out the method. Special parameters apply to the height of deposited material of the initial layer (16), the thickness (D) of the web to be manufactured and the working stages in the heating (H) and cooling (K) sections. The device for carrying out the method is characterised in that the guiding mechanism of an upper conveyor belt (6) is mounted in such a way that it can be adjusted and set in a vertical direction and also floats in each set position in relation to a distance L. A further treatment section (GL) is also provided between the heating section (H) and the cooling section (K).
L'invention concerne un procédé et une installation pour produire des bandes thermofixées (17) constituées de particules de matériaux polymères thermoplastiques. Selon ce procédé, lesdites particules de matériaux sont déposées directement sur une bande transporteuse thermorésistante (6) ou sur un matériau support placé sur cette dernière. Cette couche initiale (16) passe ensuite successivement par une section de préchauffage, de chauffage et de refroidissement d'une zone de traitement d'une installation conçue pour mettre en oeuvre ledit procédé. Des paramètres spéciaux s'appliquent à la hauteur d'application de la couche initiale (16), à l'épaisseur (D) de la bande à réaliser et aux étapes de travail dans la section de chauffage (H) et de refroidissement (K). L'installation pour mettre en oeuvre ledit procédé est caractérisée en ce que le système de guidage d'une bande de transport supérieure (6) peut être réglé et fixé dans une direction verticale et est placé de façon flottante dans chaque position fixée par rapport à une distance L. Il est prévu en outre une autre section de traitement (GL) entre la section de chauffage (H) et la section de refroidissement (K).
