Provided are a transparent polypropylene based sheet which exhibits good tensile properties, impact resistance and rigidity, while retaining transparency, and also exhibits good characteristics as a transparent sheet such as the reduced whitening in the bending thereof, and further can be free from the generation of a gum-like material during forming, and thus can be produced continuously; a method for producing the transparent polypropylene based sheet; and an apparatus (1) for producing the transparent polypropylene based sheet, which comprises an extruding means (11) for melting and kneading a material followed by extruding the kneaded material into a sheet form, a first cooling means (12) for cooling a molten resin composition (20a) in a sheet form into a sheet (20) (a sheet-like article), a preheating means (13) for reheating the sheet (20), a heat treatment means (14) for heat-treating a resin composition (20a) in a sheet form, and a second cooling means (15) for cooling the seat (20) after heat treatment. The raw material for the sheet (21) produced by the above apparatus comprises a polypropylene resin (a) and a metallocene type ethylene-.alpha.-olefin copolymer (b).
Il est prévu une feuille à base de polypropylène transparent présentant de bonnes propriétés de résistance à la traction, une bonne résistance aux impacts et une bonne rigidité, tout en conservant la transparence, et présentant également de bonnes caractéristiques comme feuille transparente, comme la réduction de blanchiment dans la torsion de celle-ci, et pouvant en outre se dispenser de la génération d~un matériau de type gomme pendant la formation, susceptible d~être fabriqué en continu ; procédé de fabrication de la feuille à base de polypropylène transparent ; et un appareil (1) de production de la feuille à base de polypropylène transparent, comprenant un moyen d'extrusion (11) pour faire fondre et malaxer un matériau avant extrusion du matériau malaxé en forme de feuille, un premier moyen de refroidissement (12) pour refroidir une composition de résine fondue (20a) sous forme de feuille pour la transformer en feuille (20) (article en feuille), un moyen de préchauffage (13) pour réchauffer la feuille (20), un moyen de traitement thermique (14) pour traiter thermiquement une composition de résine (20a) en forme de feuille, et un second moyen de refroidissement (15) pour refroidir le siège (20) après traitement thermique. La matière première pour la feuille (21) produite par l~appareil ci-dessus comprend une résine polypropylène (a) et un copolymère éthylène-.alpha.-oléfine de type métallocène.
