The invention relates to a method for producing viscoelastic foam materials, by reacting a) polyisocyanates with b) compounds having at least two hydrogen atoms which are reactive with isocyanate groups, in the presence of c) catalysts and d) expanding agents. The invention is characterised in that a) polyisocyanates are used as ai) diphenylmethane diisocyanate or aii) mixtures of diphenylmethane diisocyanate and polymethylene polyphenylene polyisocyanates, and/or aiii) prepolymers containing isocyanate groups, which can be produced by reacting aiv) polyether alcohols with diphenylmethane diisocyanate or mixtures of diphenylmethane diisocyanate and polymethylene polyphenylene polyisocyanates, and mixtures of at least one catalyst ci) and at least one catalyst cii) are used as catalysts.
La présente invention concerne un procédé pour préparer des mousses viscoélastiques, par conversion de a) polyisocyanates avec b) des composés comprenant au moins deux atomes d'hydrogène réactifs aux groupes isocyanate, en la présence c) de catalyseurs et d) d'agent gonflant. L'invention se caractérise en ce que: en tant que a) polyisocyanates sont utilisés ai) du diphénylméthane diisocyanate ou aii) des mélanges de diphénylméthane diisocyanate et de polyméthylène polyphénylène polyisocyanates, et/ou aiii) des prépolymères contenant des groupes isocyanate, que l'on peut préparer par conversion aiv) de polyéther alcools avec du diphénylméthane diisocyanate ou des mélanges de diphénylméthane diisocyanate et de polyméthylène polyphénylène polyisocyanates; et en tant que catalyseurs sont utilisés des mélanges d'au moins un catalyseur ci) et d'au moins un catalyseur cii).
