The invention relates to a method for producing vitamin B-enriched preparations from grasses, characterised in that the grasses are left to grow until just before the budding phase, they are then cut, left to grow again, and then cut again. The new crop is collected. Optionally, the grasses are left to grow again at least once and are cut again at least once, and the new crops are collected and combined. The new crop or crops are processed to form a vitamin B-enriched grass preparation.
L'invention concerne un procédé permettant de produire des préparations enrichies en vitamine B à partir de graminées, qui se caractérise en ce qu'on laisse les graminées pousser au plus jusqu'au stade précédant la phase de floraison, avant de les couper et de les laisser à nouveau pousser et de les couper une fois encore. Cette nouvelle coupe est collectée. Le cas échéant, l'étape où on laisse les graminées pousser une fois encore et où on les coupe une nouvelle fois est répétée au moins une fois et les nouvelles coupes sont collectées et nettoyées. La ou les nouvelle(s) coupe(s) sont traitées pour donner lieu à une préparation enrichie en vitamine B.
