A method for producing woody moldings which comprises kneading and melting cellulose based fine powdery particles (3) and a thermoplastic resin (5) to prepare a mixed material (7), cooling and simultaneously stirring the mixed material (7) to thereby convert the material to a powdery particulate solid (9), and then molding the powdery particulate solid (9) into an article having a required shape. The method allows the reduction of both the number of steps and the period of time required for producing woody moldings.
L'invention concerne un procédé de production de pièces moulées ligneuses qui comprend les étapes consistant à malaxer et à faire fondre des particules de poudre (3) fines à base de cellulose et une résine thermoplastique (5) pour obtenir un matériau mixte (7), à faire refroidir et à remuer simultanément ledit matériau mixte (7) pour ainsi le transformer en un solide particulaire (9) sous forme de poudre, puis à mouler ledit solide particulaire (9) sous forme de poudre pour former un article présentant la forme requise. Le procédé présenté permet de réduire à la fois le nombre d'étapes et le temps requis pour la production de pièces moulées ligneuses.
