The invention relates to a method for production of a sealed surface coating, for buildings (floor/wall/ceiling), of the type where a series of layers, or elements are fixed on the surface, comprising, starting from the surface, optionally at least one primer adhesive layer, at least one watertight polymer membrane, (optionally at least one woven or non-woven fibrous material layer), at least one layer of adhesive and at least one external cover, characterised in that (a) the sealed membrane is chosen from those which may be obtained from a an aqueous dispersion of silicone oil(s), (b) the adhesive applied comprises at least one adhesion promoter (C'), (c) the aqueous dispersion of silicone oil(s) is applied as a film to the surface, (d) the cross-linking of the silicone layer occurs subsequently, preferably at an ambient temperature, (e) the application of at last one layer of adhesive with added adhesion promoter (C') is then applied, preferably by surface coating on the cross-linked silicone film and finally the external cover is applied.
La présente invention concerne un procédé de réalisation d'un revêtement de surface étanche, pour bâtiment (sol/mur/plafond), du type de ceux consistant à fixer sur la surface une superposition de couches ou d'éléments comprenant, à partir de la surface : -éventuellement au moins une couche de primaire d'adhérence, - au moins une membrane polymère étanche ô l'eau,Ò (éventuellement au moins une nappe de matériau fibreux tissé ou non) - au moins une couche de colle, - au moins une couverture extérieure ;caractérisé en ce que : a. la membrane étanche est sélectionnée parmi celles susceptibles d'être obtenues à partir d'une dispersion aqueuse d'huile(s) silicone b. la colle mise en uvre comprend d'au moins un promoteur d'adhérence (C'); c. la dispersion aqueuse d'huile(s) silicone est appliquée en film sur la surface ;d. la réticulation du film silicone intervient ensuite, de préférence à température ambiante ; e. il est alors procédé à l'application d'au moins une couche de colle additivée avec le promoteur d'adhérence C', de préférence par enduction sur le film silicone réticulé; puis enfin la couverture extérieure est posée.
