The invention relates to a method for production of bead polymers with an average particle size in the range 1 ~m to 40 ~m, whereby a polymerisable composition is dispersed and polymerised in an aqueous phase with generation of a dispersion stabilised by an aluminium compound having a shear speed >= 103 s-1. A polymerisable composition is used, comprising, based on the total weight thereof, a) more than 50.0 wt. % of at least one compound of formula (I), whereby the groups 1R to 6R are as given in the description, b) 0.1 wt. % to 10.0 wt. % of at least one cross-linker and d) less than 49.9 wt. % of at least one compound of formula (II) whereby the groups R and 7R to 9R are as defined in the description. The bead polymers produced by said method are particularly suitable for the production of moulded bodies with light scattering properties.
L'invention concerne un procédé pour produire des polymères en perles dont la granulométrie moyenne va de 1 ?m à 40 ?m, ce procédé consistant à disperser et à polymériser une composition polymérisable en phase aqueuse, la dispersion stabilisée au moyen d'un composé aluminium étant obtenue à une vitesse de cisaillement = 103 s-1. Selon l'invention, on utilise une composition polymérisable qui contient, relativement à son poids total, a) plus de 50,0 % en poids d'au moins un composé de formule (I), les groupes 1R à 6R étant définis tels que dans la description ; b) 0,1 % à 10,0 % en poids d'au moins un agent de réticulation ; d) moins de 49,9 % en poids d'au moins un composé de formule (II), les groupes R, 7R à 9R étant définis tels que dans la description. Les polymères en perles réalisés selon ce procédé sont particulièrement adaptés à la fabrication d'éléments moulés diffusant la lumière.
