A method for production of disposable hygienic absorbent articles (12) in which each article has a substantially homogenous elastic laminate web (14) having a maximum elastic extensibility in a first direction of at least 40 %, preferably at least 60 %, and most preferably at least 80 %, under a peak load Fp, and an absorbent core (16) attached to the elastic laminate web. The method comprising the steps of providing a continuous length of the elastic laminate web (14); advancing the continuous length of the elastic laminate web in a direction of travel (A) corresponding to the first direction; attaching individual absorbent cores (16) to the continuous length of the elastic laminate web at spaced intervals, and forming individual articles (12) from the thus assembled individual absorbent cores and the continuous length of said elastic laminate web. The continuous length of the elastic laminate web (14) is maintained under a tensioning load Ft in the direction of travel during the advancing, with the tensioning load Ft satisfying the condition: 0.03 Fp <= Ft<=0.25 Fp.
Cette invention concerne un procédé de production d'articles absorbants hygiéniques jetables (12), chaque article comprenant une bande laminée élastique substantiellement homogène (14) dont l'extensibilité élastique maximum dans une première direction est d'au moins 40 %, de préférence d'au moins 60 % et mieux encore d'au moins 80 %, sous une charge de pointe Fp, et une âme absorbante (16) fixée à la bande laminée élastique (14). Le procédé de cette invention comprend les étapes suivantes consistant: à utiliser une longueur continue de bande laminée élastique (14); à faire avancer la longueur continue de bande laminée élastique dans un sens de déplacement (A) correspondant à la première direction; à fixer des âmes absorbantes individuelles (16) à la longueur continue de bande laminée élastique à intervalles réguliers; et à former des articles individuels (12) à partir des âmes absorbantes individuelles et de la longueur continue de bande laminée élastique ainsi assemblées. La longueur continue de bande laminée élastique (14) est maintenue sous une charge de tension Ft dans le sens de déplacement pendant la progression, la charge de tension Ft satisfaisant la condition 0,03 Fp = Ft=0,25 Fp.
