The method for production of granular sodium percarbonate by fluid bed formation granulation, includes spraying an aqueous solution of hydrogen peroxide and an aqueous solution of sodium carbonate by means of at least one multi-component nozzle with external mixing in a fluid bed, containing sodium percarbonate particles with simultaneous evaporation of water and is characterised in that the solution of sodium carbonate contains additional sodium carbonate and/or sodium percarbonate in suspended form which is supplied to a dispersion device for dispersing solids before introduction to the multicomponent nozzles. The method permits the avoidance of blockages in the multicomponent nozzles and recycling of sodium percarbonate dust from the exhaust gases of the fluid bed to the granulation.

Le procédé de production de percarbonate de sodium en granulés par granulation en lit fluidisé consiste à pulvériser une solution aqueuse de peroxyde d'hydrogène et une solution aqueuse de carbonate de sodium, au moyen d'au moins une buse multicomposant, avec mélange extérieur dans un lit fluidisé contenant des particules de percarbonate de sodium et évaporation simultanée de l'eau, et est caractérisé en ce que la solution de carbonate de sodium contient du carbonate de sodium supplémentaire et/ou du percarbonate de sodium en suspension et est envoyée dans un dispositif de dispersion, pour la dispersion des matières solides, avant d'être introduite dans la buse multicomposant. Le procédé permet d'éviter le colmatage de la buse multicomposant et de recycler vers la granulation le percarbonate de sodium sous forme de poussière en provenance du courant de gaz d'évacuation du lit fluidisé.
