Disclosed is a mesenchymal cell production method for producing a mesenchymal cell for use in the formation of a tooth, which comprises the steps of: culturing a totipotent stem cell in the presence of a differentiation-inducing agent to produce a differentiation-induced cell population containing a CD44-positive and CD29-positive cell or a CD44-positive and CD106-positive cell; and selecting the CD44-positive and CD29-positive cell or the CD44-positive and CD106-positive cell from the differentiation-induced cell population as a tooth-forming mesenchymal cell. Also disclosed is a tooth production method comprising the steps of placing a first cell population comprising substantially only either one of a mesenchymal cell and an epithelial cell and a second cell population comprising substantially only the other in the inside of a carrier which can allow the cells to be contacted with each other in a closely adhered state without mixing them and culturing the cell populations, wherein the mesenchymal cell comprises the tooth-forming mesenchymal cell.
L'invention porte sur un procédé de fabrication d'une cellule mésenchymateuse pour la production d'une cellule mésenchymateuse destinée à être utilisée dans la formation d'une dent. Ce procédé comprend les étapes consistant à : cultiver une cellule souche totipotente en présence d'un agent induisant une différenciation pour produire une population de cellules à différenciation induite contenant une cellule positive au CD44 et positive au CD29 ou une cellule positive au CD44 et positive au CD106 ; et sélectionner la cellule positive au CE44 et positive au CD29 ou la cellule positive au CD44 et positive à CD106 à partir de la population de cellules à différenciation induite comme cellule mésenchymateuse de formation de dent. L'invention porte également sur un procédé de fabrication de dent comprenant les étapes consistant à placer une première population de cellules comprenant sensiblement seulement l'une ou l'autre d'une cellule mésenchymateuse et d'une cellule épithéliale et une seconde population de cellules comprenant sensiblement seulement l'autre cellule à l'intérieur d'un support qui peut permettre aux cellules d'être mises en contact l'une avec l'autre dans un état étroitement collé sans mélanger celles-ci, et à cultiver les populations de cellules, la cellule mésenchymateuse comprenant la cellule mésenchymateuse de formation de dent.
