The invention relates to a method for protected transac- tions involving a so-called smart card (11) and a terminal (12), such as a cash register. In order to prevent the smart card from si- multaneously carrying out trans- actions with several terminals, the invention provides an au- thentication value (A) which is used in the data exchange be- tween the smart card (11) and the terminal (12) to uniquely iden- tify subsequent steps (e.g. I, III) of the transaction.
L'invention concerne un procédé permettant d'effectuer des transactions protégées impliquant carte dite intelligente (11) et un terminal (12), tel qu'une caisse-enregistreuse. Pour empêcher la carte intelligente d'effectuer simultanément des transactions sur plusieurs terminaux, une valeur d'autentification (A) est utilisée dans l'échange de données entre la carte intelligente (11) et le terminal (12) pour l'identification des étapes subséquentes (par exemple I, III) de la transaction.
