A hinged guarantee closure is produced by being injection moulded in the closed state, i.e., with a guarantee seal. The closure is injection moulded with an associated ring member (13) for connection to the container (17) on which the closure is to be used. The ring member (13) is separated from the rest of the closure (11, 12) by an axial gap (21) which is spanned by a hinge portion (15) and a guarantee connection (16). The closure comprises a cap (1) with an integral closing member (12) for cooperation with an opening (19) in the container (17).
L'invention concerne une fermeture de sécurité à charnières produite par moulage par injection à l'état fermé, c'est-à-dire avec une garniture d'étanchéité de sécurité. Cette fermeture est moulée par injection avec un élément annulaire associé (13) destiné à être relié au réceptacle (17) pourvu de la fermeture. Cet élément annulaire (13) est séparé du reste de la fermeture (11, 12) par un interstice axial (21) traversé par une partie charnière (15) et une pièce jointive de sécurité (16). La fermeture selon l'invention comprend un bouchon (11) pourvu d'un élément de fermeture (12) faisant partie intégrante de ce bouchon et conçu pour coopérer avec une ouverture (19) ménagée dans le réceptacle (17).
