A method for providing a process model for a material in a manufacturing process (100). The method includes the steps of receiving stress and distortion information of the material from a previous manufacturing process, determining updated stress and distortion information of the material from a process model for the present manufacturing process (100), the updated stress and distortion information being a function of the stresses and distortions caused by the present manufacturing process (100) and the stresses and distortions from the previous manufacturing process, and providing the updated stress and distortion information of the material to a subsequent manufacturing process (100).
L'invention concerne un procédé permettant de produire un modèle de processus pour un matériau dans un processus de fabrication (100). Le procédé consiste à recevoir des informations concernant les distorsions et contraintes du matériau provenant d'un processus antérieur de fabrication, déterminer lesdites informations mises à jour à partir d'un modèle de processus destiné au présent processus de fabrication (100), les informations de contraintes et de distorsions mises à jour étant une fonction des contraintes et distorsions occasionnées par le présent processus de fabrication (100) et les contraintes et distorsions provenant du processus de fabrication antérieur, et de passer les informations concernant les distorsions et contraintes mises à jour du matériau à un processus subséquent de fabrication (100).
