Disclosed is a method of preparing acrylic acid or methacrylic acid by: (a) preparing a gaseous product mixture having essentially the composition of a reaction mixture of catalytic gas-phase oxidation of C3/C4 alkanes, alkenes, alkanols and/or alkanals and/or precursors thereof to form acrylic acid or methacrylic acid, characterized by (b) condensation of the product mixture, (c) crystallization of the acrylic acid or methacrylic acid from the solution obtained in stage (b), and (d) extraction of the resulting crystals from the mother liquor.
L'invention concerne un procédé de production d'acide acrylique et d'acide méthacrylique par (a) la préparation d'un mélange gazeux ayant essentiellement la composition d'un mélange réactionnel de l'oxydation catalytique en phase gazeuse d'alcanes C3/C4, d'alcènes, d'alcanols et/ou d'alcanals et/ou les précurseurs conduisant à la formation d'acide acrylique ou d'acide méthacrylique par (b) condensation du mélange gazeux, (c) cristallisation de l'acide acrylique ou méthacrylique à partir de la solution issue de (b), et (d) extraction des cristaux obtenus à partir de la lessive-mère.
