This invention falls within the realms of analytical chemistry and may be applied to make quality and quantity measurement of organic metals, namely, Au, Pt and Pd, present in various types of rocks and able to concentrate in their organic component. With this object in view the material being analyzed is mixed with potassium chloride (K) or sodium chloride (Na), and subjected to assay fusion with litharge. The entrapped cold shot is dissolved in aqua regia, and its dilute solution is analyzed by atomic-absorption method or by method of atomic emission with the use of plasma fixed by induction. This method makes it possible to preserve maximum of components being analyzed, whereas traditional methods of sample preparation which involve decomposition of samples and their transfer to solution cause loss of the most part of Au, Pt and Pt present as organic compounds.
L'invention se rapporte à la chimie analytique et peut être utilisée pour déterminer la composition qualitative et quantitative de composés organiques d'Au, Pd et Pt, présents dans des roches de composition différente et concentrés dans leurs composante organique. Selon l'invention, on charge le matériau analysé avec un chlorure de Na ou de K, on effectue un essai de fusion dans un mélange avec de la litharge, et on dissout la perle ainsi obtenue dans l'eau régale. On analyse la solution diluée au moyen d'un procédé d'absorption atomique ou d'émission atomique utilisant le plasma lié par induction. Ce procédé de préparation d'échantillons permet de préserver au maximum les composants à analyser. Les procédés traditionnels de préparation d'échantillons, liés à leur décomposition et leur dissolution, provoquent la perte d'une part élevée d'Au, Pd et Pt, présents sous la forme de composés organiques.
