Disclosed is a method for quality control of an attenuated varicella live vaccine, which comprises subjecting the genomic DNA of a sample varicella vaccine virus to sequence analysis and confirming that the genomic DNA of the sample varicella vaccine virus conserves the 5,745th G, the 105,356th C, the 105,544th G, the 106,262nd C and the 107,252nd C without suffering mutation, wherein the nucleotide numbers are in accordance with the nucleotide numbering system of the nucleotide sequence of the genomic DNA of the varicella virus Dumas strain of SEQ ID NO: 1.
L'invention concerne un procédé de contrôle des qualités d'un vaccin de poxvirus atténué dans lequel la séquence de base de l'ADN génomique d'un échantillon de virus du vaccin est analysée pour confirmer la non mutation et la conservation de G en position 5,745, de C en position 105,356, de G en position 105, 544-podiiyon, de C en position 106,262 et de C en position 107,252 (à condition que les numéros de base soient affectés conformément au sytème de numérotation de base de la séquence de base de l'ADN génomique de la souche de Dumas du virus, comme indiqué dans SEQ ID NO:1).
