The invention concerns a method for rapidly determining the presence of malondialdehyde (MDA) in urine, food products and cosmetic products. It simply consists in placing a drop of urine, fat or a cosmetic product on an indicator paper impregnated with an aqueous solution comprising thiobarbituric acid and glycolic acid. A red chromogen is obtained resulting from the combination of malondialdehyde with thiobarbituric acid, in the form of a characteristic ring.
L'invention concerne un procédé permettant de mettre rapidement en évidence, le malondialdéhyde (MDA) dans l'urine, les produits alimentaires et les produits cosmétiques. Il suffit de mettre une goutte d'urine, de matière grasse ou un produit cosmétique sur un papier réactif imprégné d'une solution aqueuse comportant de l'acide thiobarbiturique et de l'acide glycolique. On obtient un chromogène rouge résultant de la combinaison du malondialdéhyde avec l'acide thiobarbiturique, sous forme d'un anneau caractéristique.
