A reaction control material that is Co, Cr or Ru, or an alloy having main component selected from a group consisting of Co, Cr, Ru is applied to the surface of an Ni-base superalloy before applying aluminum diffusion coating to the Ni-base superalloy. Thereby, it is possible to enhance the oxidation resistance of the Ni-base superalloy, and to control formation of a secondary reaction zone.
L'invention concerne un procédé de revêtement permettant d'inhiber une réaction. Ce procédé consiste à revêtir la surface d'un superalliage à base de Ni au moyen d'un agent inhibiteur de réaction contenant du Co, du Cr, du Ru ou un alliage contenant un desdits éléments comme composant primaire, avant un revêtement par diffusion d'aluminium. Le procédé de revêtement selon l'invention permet d'obtenir une résistance accrue à l'oxydation d'un superalliage à base de Ni, et d'inhiber la formation d'une zone de réaction secondaire.
