The invention relates to a method for reclamation and/or separation of sulphur oxyfluorides from gas mixtures, whereby the gas mixture runs through at least one adsorption stage, or membrane stage, containing or comprising zeolites, with a module >10. The sulphur oxyfluorides can be used for an application after a desorption process. The sulphur oxyfluoride passed through the membrane may be directly reused.
