The invention relates to a method for reconditioning a used grinding roller of a bed grinding mill having profiled members which are mounted in bores of the roller element by a part of their length, the other part of their length projecting beyond the surface of the roller element. For the reconditioning, the worn surface of the roller element is turned following removal of the worn profiled members and a material layer is applied in a welding process. The material layer is then provided with bores for receiving new profiled members. Such a method enables a particularly cost-effective reconditioning.
L'invention concerne un procédé de reconditionnement d'un cylindre de broyage usé d'un broyeur à cylindres à lit de matière, comprenant des corps profilés qui sont montés, sur une partie de leur longueur, dans des alésages du corps de cylindre et qui sont en saillie par rapport à la surface dudit corps, sur la partie restante de leur longueur. L'invention est caractérisée en ce que, pour le reconditionnement, la surface usée du corps de cylindre est tournée, après enlèvement du corps profilé usé, et en ce qu'une couche de matière est appliquée lors d'un processus de soudage, ladite couche étant ensuite garnie de trous destinés à recevoir de nouveaux corps profilés. Un tel procédé permet un reconditionnement particulièrement économique.
