A method for recovering nitrate ions as nitric acid from nuclear industry effluents by thermally decomposing the nitrate ions in solution, and recovering the NOx vapours generated by the heat treatment in an aqueous medium. The resulting nitric acid may be recycled in the nuclear industry.
L'invention concerne un procédé de valorisation, sous forme d'acide nitrique, des ions nitrates contenus dans les effluents aqueux de l'industrie nucléaire, par décomposition thermique de ces ions nitrates en solution et valorisation dans un milieu aqueux des vapeurs NO x générées par ce traitement thermique. L'acide nitrique ainsi produit est destiné à être recyclé dans l'industrie nucléaire.
