The invention relates to a method for recycling all types of waste plastics, in particular mixed plastics. According to said method, a compacted mass, in particular an agglomerate of flakes or other plastic pieces is ground in at least one refiner stage in the presence of water, fine fractions are removed together with water from the ground product that exits the refiner stage, the remaining ground product is washed and/or mechanically de-watered and dried or the de-watered ground product is ground again in the presence of water in a further refiner stage and is subsequently de-watered and dried. The milling of the compacted mass takes place in at least one refiner stage with the aid of a disc refiner (toothed disc refiner), the discs of which have meshing teeth, arranged at a distance from one another in concentric circles. A gap exists between the neighbouring teeth of a circle and each gap in said circle is large enough to allow the free passage of the particles that are to be or have already been ground.
L'invention concerne un procédé pour recycler tout type de déchets de matières plastiques, en particulier un mélange de matières plastiques. Selon ce procédé, un produit compacté, en particulier un agglomérat, à base d'éclats ou d'autres fragments de matières plastiques est broyé en présence d'eau dans au moins un étage de raffinage, les fines sont extraites de la matière broyée sortant de l'étage de raffinage avec l'eau de traitement, la matière broyée restante est lavée et/ou déshydratée et séchée mécaniquement ou la matière broyée déshydratée est à nouveau broyée en présence d'eau dans un autre étage de raffinage, puis déshydratée et séchée. Selon l'invention, le broyage du produit compacté est réalisé dans au moins un étage de raffinage au moyen d'un raffineur à disques (raffineur à disques dentés) dont les disques présentent des dents qui s'engrènent et sont disposées de manière espacée en cercles concentriques, les dents voisines d'un cercle étant séparées par un interstice et chaque interstice d'un cercle étant suffisamment grand pour laisser passer librement les particules à broyer ou déjà broyées.
