The invention relates to a method for recycling lightweight metal parts that contain gas pockets or non-metallic particles. In order to transform different waste products into high-grade products in a technically simple manner without requiring a purification of the materials used, the invention provides that a gas-containing molten metal bath is made from at least one lightweight metal part, which contains gas pockets, and from at least one, in essence, dense lightweight metal part, which contains non-metallic particles, and the molten metal bath is permitted to solidify under at least temporary negative pressure while forming a lightweight metal foam body.
L'invention concerne un procédé servant à recycler des pièces en métal léger contenant des inclusions gazeuses ou des particules non métalliques. L'invention vise à transformer différents produits de rebut en produits de qualité par une technologie simple sans qu'il soit nécessaire de purifier les matériaux mis en oeuvre. A cet effet, on produit un bain de fusion métallique chargé en gaz à partir d'au moins une pièce en métal léger contenant des inclusions gazeuses et d'au moins une pièce en métal léger pratiquement dense, contenant des particules non métalliques. Puis, on laisse solidifier ce bain de fusion métallique en appliquant une pression négative au moins temporaire, ce qui provoque la formation d'un corps expansé en métal léger.
