Systems and methods for delivering oral administration of ATP in a manner that protects the ATP from degradation by gastric juices through enteric coating to enhance absorption into the blood stream and provide additional therapeutic benefit when compared with non-protected forms of ATP. Said systems and methods comprising a composition used for improving muscle torque and reducing muscle fatigue, said composition comprising an effective amount of ATP. Preferably, a gastric acid secretion inhibitory coating is applied to the effective amount of ATP in a manner that protects the ATP from degradation by gastric juices. Said systems and methods effecting intracellular and extracellular ATP concentrations and increasing human performance by reducing muscle fatigue and recovery time which comprises administering an effective amount of ATP to a human. Alternatively, an effective amount of ATP may be administered sublingually, thereby avoiding exposure to gastric juices. The effective amount of ATP may be delivered by means of a tablet, granules, microgranules or powders.
L'invention concerne des systèmes et des procédés permettant d'administrer oralement de l'adénosine triphosphate (ATP) d'une manière protégeant l'ATP contre une dégradation par des sucs gastriques, grâce à un revêtement kératinisé permettant d'améliorer l'absorption dans la circulation sanguine et de conférer des avantages thérapeutiques supplémentaires comparativement à des formes non protégées d'ATP. Les systèmes et procédés selon l'invention comprennent une composition mise en oeuvre pour améliorer le couple musculaire et réduire la fatigue musculaire, la composition renfermant une quantité efficace d'ATP. De préférence, un revêtement d'inhibition de sécrétion d'acide gastrique est appliqué sur la quantité efficace d'ATP d'une manière protégeant l'ATP contre une dégradation par des sucs gastriques. Les systèmes et procédés agissant sur les teneurs intracellulaire et extracellulaire d'ATP et augmentant les performances humaines par réduction de la fatigue musculaire et du temps de récupération consistent à administrer une quantité efficace d'ATP à un être humain. Dans un autre mode de réalisation, une quantité efficace d'ATP peut être administrée sous la langue, évitant ainsi une exposition aux sucs gastriques. La quantité efficace d'ATP peut être administrée au moyen d'un comprimé, de granules, de microgranules ou de poudres.
