The invention relates to method for reducing the contamination properties of a surface of a mineral material by microorganisms, said surface presenting an area of at least 0.1 m?2¿, said method comprising the following steps: a) application on the surface for treatment of a layer of an aqueous solution or suspension of a polymeric hydrophilic material and b) drying the surface treated in step a), to give said surface covered by a layer of said polymeric hydrophilic material.
Procédé pour réduire les propriétés de contamination par des microorganismes d~une surface d~un matériau minéral, ladite surface ayant une aire d~au moins 0,1 m2, ledit procédé comprenant les étapes suivantes : a) application, sur la surface à traiter, d~une couche d~une solution ou d~une suspension aqueuse d~un matériau polymère hydrophile ; b) séchage de la surface traitée à l~étape a), pour obtenir ladite surface recouverte par une couche dudit matériau polymère hydrophile.
