Le procédé consiste à alimenter les modules actifs symétriques par rapport au centre de l'antenne par une même tension d'alimentation constante, dont la valeur est définie à partir de la loi de répartition en puissance que l'on veut respecter, généralement d'allure gaussienne. L'invention s'applique aussi bien aux antennes réseaux linéaires qu'aux antennes réseaux bidimensionnelles, ou aux antennes volumiques. Figure 3
