The invention mainly concerns a method for regenerating used infusorial earth, said infusorial earth being used as filtering auxiliary and being retained in a filter chamber (1), said method comprising a step which consists in introducing an alkaline solution inside the filter chamber, while contacting said solution with the infusorial earth to be regenerated. The invention is characterised in that said method is followed by a step which consists in recuperating, outside the filter chamber, regenerated infusorial earth for reuse when subsequently filtering beer, as filtering auxiliary, said regenerated infusorial earth being introduced in the filter chamber in the form of a mixture with the beer to be filtered. The invention also concerns a beer filtering method using infusorial earth as filtering auxiliary and a beer filtering device.
L'invention se rapport principalement à un procédé de régénération d'une terre d'infusoires épuisée, ladite terre d'infusoires étant utilisée comme auxiliaire de filtration et étant retenue dans l'enceinte d'un filtre (1), ledit procédé comprenant une étape d'introduction d'une solution alcaline à l'intérieur de l'enceinte du filtre, avec mise en contact de ladite solution avec la terre d'infusoires à régénérer, caractérisé en ce que ledit procédé est suivi d'une étape de récupération, à l'extérieur de l'enceinte du filtre, de la terre d'infusoires régénérée en vue de sa réutilisation, lors d'une filtration ultérieure de bière, en tant qu'auxiliaire de filtration, ladite terre d'infusoires régénérée étant introduite dans l'enceinte du filtre sous forme d'un mélange avec la bière à filtrer. La présente invention se rapporte également à un procédé de filtration de bière utilisant une terre d'infusoires comme auxiliaire de filtration, ainsi qu'à un dispositif de filtration de bière.
