The invention concerns a method for regulating a centrifuge used for solid/liquid separation in particular for dehydrating wastewater sludge which consists in: (A) measuring as input variables: the suspended matter content (MeS) of the clear effluent; the sludge, Db and the reagent Dp (polymer) flow rates; in the case of conventional centrifuges, the value of the couple CPL (which represents the amount of sludge present in the machine); in the case of intensive centrifuges, the relative speed VR which represents the sludge retention time in the centrifuge) and optionally the value of the couple CPL. (B) locating the operating point resulting from the previous measurements in the operating ranges which constitute characteristic spaces where by acting on the sludge (Db) and reagent (Dp) flow rates it is possible to bring the centrifuge operating point into a space considered to be a stable and optimal operating space for the centrifuge; and (C) depending on the results of the treatment of the inputs on the sludge (Db) flow rate, acting at the input of the centrifuge and/or on the reagent (Dp) flow rate.
Procédé de régulation d'une centrifugeuse utilisée en séparation solide/liquide notamment pour la déshydratation des boues d'épuration qui consiste à: (A) mesurer en tant que variables d'entrée: la teneur en matières en suspension (MeS) du centrat; les débits de boues, Db et de réactif Dp (polymère); dans le cas de centrifugeuses conventionnelles, la valeur du couple CPL (qui représente la quantité de boues présente dans la machine, dans le cas de centrifugeuses intensives, la vitesse relative VR qui représente le temps de séjour de la boue dans la centrifugeuse) et éventuellement, la valeur du couple CPL, (B) situer le point de fonctionnenent résultant des mesures précédentes dans des plages de fonctionnement qui constituent des espaces types où les actions sur les débits de boue (Db) et de réactif (Dp) permettent de ramener le point de fonctionnement de la centrifugeuse dans un espace considéré comme étant un espace de fonctionnement stable et optimal de la centrifugeuse, et, (C) agir, selon les résultats du traitement des entrées sur le débit de boue, (Db) à l'entrée de la centrifugeuse et/ou sur le débit de réactif (Dp).
