A method for regulation of the basis weight of paper or board in a paper or board machine in which the machine stock (MT) is composed of a number of component stocks (Mi) and in which the basis weight of the dry paper or board is measured by means of on-line basis-weight measurement at the end of the machine. In the method, first, based on the stock target (Q0) of the machine stock (MT) formed on the basis of basis-weight regulation and based on the predetermined stock proportions (KQi) of the component stocks, a metering target (QiT) is computed for each component stock (Mi). After this, based on the consistency (Csi) of a component stock (Mi) measured from each feed line (23i) of a component stock (Mi) and on the metering target (QiT) computed for each component stock (Mi), a flow target (FiT) is computed for each component stock (Mi). Finally, the flow of each component stock (Mi) is regualted based on the flow target (FiT) computed for each component stock (Mi).
L'invention porte sur un procédé de régulation du grammage du papier ou du carton produit par une machine dans laquelle la pâte (M¿t?) se compose d'une série de constituants (M¿i?), et le grammage du papier ou du carton sec est mesuré au moyen d'un système en ligne placé à l'extrémité de la machine. Le procédé se déroule en trois étapes: (1) calcul d'un objectif de dosage (Q¿iT?) pour chacun des constituants (Mi) de la pâte en fonction de l'objectif de quantité (Q¿0?) de la pâte machine basé sur la régulation du grammage et sur les proportions préétablies (K¿Qi?) des différents constituants du mélange; (2) calcul pour chacun des constituants de la pâte (M¿i?) d'un objectif de débit (F¿iT?) en fonction de la consistance (C¿Si?) des différents constituants (M¿i?) mesurés sur chacune de leurs conduites (23¿i?) d'apport respectives, et des objectifs de dosage (Q¿iT?) de ces mêmes constituants (M¿i?); et (3) finalement régulation du débit de chacun des constituants (M¿i?) en fonction de l'objectif de débit (F¿iT?) calculé pour chacun d'eux (M¿i?).
