In a method for reinforcing a fibre composite component (1) for aviation and space flight, a vacuum mat (5) is configured with at least one receiving portion (6) for reproducibly receiving at least one reinforcing element (4). The at least one reinforcing element (4) is introduced into the at least one receiving portion (6) of the vacuum mat (5). The vacuum mat (5) with at least one introduced reinforcing element (4) is applied reproducibly in a sealed manner to the fibre composite component (1) to be reinforced to form a mould portion (2) and at least the formed mould portion (2) is cured to connect the at least one reinforcing element (4) to the fibre composite component (1). The vacuum mat (5) is then removed from the reinforced fibre composite component (1) so that the vacuum mat (5) can be reused.

La présente invention concerne un procédé de renforcement d'un élément composite à fibres (1) pour l'aéronautique et l'aérospatial, dans lequel on réalise un tapis de vide (5) avec au moins une section de logement (6) destinée au logement reproductible d'au moins un élément de renforcement (4). Le ou les éléments de renforcement (4) sont insérés dans la ou les sections de logement (6) du tapis de vide (5). De manière reproductible, le tapis de vide (5) est placé, de manière étanche, avec au moins un élément de renforcement (4) inséré, sur l'élément composite à fibres (1) devant être renforcé pour former une section moulée (2) et au moins la section moulée formée (2) est durcie pour fixer le ou les éléments de renforcement (4) sur l'élément composite à fibres (1). On retire ensuite le tapis de vide (5) de l'élément composite à fibres renforcé (1) à travers une tranchée (11) reliée à la cavité (10) afin de pouvoir réutiliser le tapis de vide (5).
